First time user of the online demo
Check the instructions from your email provider about email accounts and usernames. As an example, suppose "Email Address" is name@domain.com. In that case "POP Server" may be domain.com, mail.domain.com, or some other variant. "Username" may be name, or name@domain.com, or something else assigned by the provider.

Returning user
Simply sign in with your email address and password.
Please keep in mind that this is just a demo: your messages will be copied from the POP server, not moved; eventually, the account will be removed from the database to free up space for new demo users.
